Our website facilitates the submission and review process for the ease and convenience of both applicants and reviewers.
The application fee, if applicable, will vary depending on the type of application and the property for which you are applying for. Fee details will be provided within the application process, and you will be prompted to remit payment at Checkout prior to submitting your application.
We accept payments via debit/credit card, e-Check (via Paypal), or Venmo. Please note: some payments may be subject to a payment processing fee.
Yes, you may click on “Check Status” in the top right corner to check on the status of your application. You will be prompted to enter your Application ID, which can be found in the confirmation email you receive after your application has been submitted.
There are a number of different “Stages” in the processing of your application depending on what type of application you submit. Here are explanations of the most common Stages:
Payment Processed – Waiting on First Approval: This is the very first stage after your application is submitted. The Applications Direct Team has received your application and will now work on forwarding it to the proper entity.
Completed First Approval – Waiting on Second Approval: Your application has been forwarded to the managing entity and is currently awaiting their review and approval before reaching the next step (if applicable).
Completed Second Approval – Waiting on Final Approval: Your application has been reviewed by the managing entity and is currently awaiting Final Approval. Example: in some cases, the Board of Directors may need to review and approve your application before you can receive final approval.
