The application fee, if applicable, will vary depending on the type of application and the property for which you are applying for. Fee details will be provided within the application process, and you will be prompted to remit payment at Checkout prior to submitting your application.
We accept payments via debit/credit card, e-Check (via Paypal), or Venmo. Please note: some payments may be subject to a payment processing fee.
Yes, you may click on “Check Status” in the top right corner to check on the status of your application. You will be prompted to enter your Application ID, which can be found in the confirmation email you receive after your application has been successfully submitted.
There are a number of different “Stages” in the processing of your application depending on what type of application you submit. Here are explanations of the most common Stages:
Application Received – Awaiting Initial Review: This is the very first stage after your application is submitted. The Applications Direct Team has received your application and will now work on reviewing, processing, and then forwarding it to the proper entity.
Pending Property Management Approval: Your application has been forwarded to the managing entity and is currently awaiting their review and approval before reaching the next step (if applicable).
Pending Board of Directors Approval: Your application has been reviewed by the managing entity and, in some cases, may require Final Approval from the Board of Directors.
Fully Approved – Approval Notification to be Sent : Your application has been reviewed and fully approved by all parties and we are working on generating a certificate of approval.
Application Process Completed & Closed: Your application has been reviewed and a final decision has been made. The submission is considered complete.
Pending Additional Information : Your application has been reviewed and it was determined that additional information is required in order to process your application. The primary applicant can expect to receive an email with further instructions.
